**Each cabana accommodates 2 people. None of the cabanas accommodate more than two people and there are no cots, cribs, air mattresses or roll-away beds available.
Early Check In: If you are planning to arrive on the morning flight please check with us in advance to be sure early check in is available.
Check Out: Check out time is 10:00 AM
Late Check Out: Late check out, if available, is 2:00 PM. You will be charged a $35 late check out fee. Please check with us in advance to be sure late check out is available.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations: To secure a reservation a two (2) night pre-payment is required. Deposit may be in the form of a personal check, postal money order, certified or cashier's check or wire transfer.International mail can take 2 to 3 weeks to reach Mangrove Cay so for last minute reservations please contact us directly.As credit card transactions without an imprint and original signature are an at risk transaction, we do not accept credit cards without having both an imprint of your card and your original signature on the charge slip.
*CHRISTMAS/NEWS YEARS There is a three (3) night minimum. The first three nights require a non-refundable pre-payment. Exact dates are year dependent but range from approximately Dec. 18 - Jan. 4.
*SPECIALS AND DISCOUNTED RATES A two (2) night non-refundable pre-payment is required unless otherwise specified.
